Cancellations
In the event you may need to cancel your order, we will do our very best to
accommodate your request. However, due to the high volume of orders that are
processed, we may not always be able to stop a package from being shipped. Upon
receipt of an order, we begin processing immediately as we know how important it
is to receive your purchase in a timely fashion. Canceling a package once it is
in progress is not always guaranteed. If in the event your order ships, you will
be responsible for shipping the items back to The Wedding Outlet for a refund of
the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
