All I have to say is WOW! I was very discouraged when I opened the package but your customer service is unbelievable!!! Just a note to say thank you for fantastic customer service. I had placed an order weeks ago with a different company for a similar item. I was emailed a confirmation which stated the item had been shipped. Two weeks later the recipient received a phone call stating the item was not available. Well with the wedding fast approaching we opted for 2 day (pricey) shipping and was pleasantly surprised by your email which informed me that was not necessary due to proximity. Wow, you guys are wonderful!! The service and quality provided is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I called on Monday to order Custom Color items with names and date. I had been to every store and looked at dozens of online shops, but couldn't find what I was looking for. Then 2 weeks before my wedding, I found you guys. I was hesitant to order online, but the person I spoke to was so nice and helpful and said I would receive the items by the following Tuesday. Not only did I get absolutely beautiful items, but I got them Thursday, just 3 days after I ordered !!! Wow, I was so shocked, I had tears in my eyes when I opened the package!! What a fun and efficient experience it was ordering online. The website is fantastic for shopping, the prices reasonable and the quality of products high. But the icing on the cake is your customer service representatives. I was able to telephone and get an actual person who assisted me with re-directing my order to my son's home AND stepping up the method of shipping (from FedEx land to FedEx next day). This is perfect! And...please accept my thanks for providing excellent customer service! I, unfortunately, placed an order with another on-line store, and it's been an awful experience! The order I received is of very poor quality, the printing is not as I ordered it, the colors are incorrect, and the product received is not what I ordered at all.
