International Shipping (Outside of the USA)

TheWeddingOutlet.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

International Orders take 10-32 business days for delivery.

Processing

As processing times vary from item to item based on personalization and demand, we have created a "Shipping" tab that includes the processing time for each item sold on our site. Be sure to check the Shipping tab of individual items if you are in a crunch for time. Also be sure to enter your wedding date or need by date at checkout - we pay careful attention to this and will alert a customer if an order needs to be expedited. The time indicated on the Shipping tab is processing time only.

After processing, your order ships. Shipping times vary from country to country.

You may expect to receive your order in 10-32 business days.

You may expect to receive your order in 10-27 business days (7-17 business from us to our third party shipper, iShopUsa, and then an additional 3 to 10 business days to you). If you select APO or FPO as shipping country, you may expect to receive your order in 12 to 25 business days (7-17 business days from us to our third party shipper, iShopUsa, and then an additional 8 to 15 business days to you).

Priority Shipping
You may expect to receive your package within 10 to14 business days (7-9 days processing + 3-5 days shipping)
If you select APO or FPO as shipping country: 14 to17 business days (7-9 days processing + 7-8 days shipping)
If your order contains backordered items (items that are not in stock), it will take additional time to deliver your goods.

Standard Shipping
You may expect to receive your package in 16 to 27 business days. (7-17 days to process + 9-10 days shipping)
If you select APO or FPO as shipping country: 21 to 32 business days. (7-17 days to process + 14-15 days shipping)
If your order contains backordered items (items that are not in stock), it will take additional time to deliver your goods.

Please be advised that the delivery time frames above are estimates only. We do not and cannot guarantee any delivery time frames due to possible customs clearance delays and other unforeseen conditions we cannot be held responsible for. If you need your order by a certain date, please use the comments field on the last checkout page to let us know.

Free shipping and rates posted for US deliveries are not applicable on international orders. Shipping rate is determined by your ship to address and country. At checkout, you will be notified of shipping charges and any duties or taxes.

Shipping rates, promotions and discounts are not valid on international orders. Shipping rate is determined by your shipping to your address. At checkout, you will be notified of shipping charges and any duties/taxes due.
