Engraved / Custom Items
Any item that is personalized or customized is non-refundable. Please allow
up
to 14 business days to process and ship any engraved/customized orders (this
does not include shipping time). Each
item has a Shipping Tab that indicates time to process. Some personalized items
may take as few as 6-8 business days to process; while others as much as 10-12
business days.

Need an item sooner? Contact our Customer Service department with
your needs and concerns. A
rush fee may
be applied to an order to receive it sooner than stated. A rush fee is applied
to the processing time and does not include shipping. Ground or Express shipping
may be selected depending on your needs. Rush fees are as follows:

1 Day Rush: $25 fee
(order ships within 24 business hours)

2 Day Rush: $20 fee
(order ships within 48 business hours)
|
5 Day Rush: $10 fee
(order ships within 5 business days)

If an item purchased at
TheWeddingOutlet.com is brought to
another retailer for engraving, it is not the responsibility of The Wedding
Outlet to replace the item if it becomes damaged.

Canceling or making updates to an engraved item may not always be accepted.
We will do our best to honor your request, but cannot guarantee any changes once
your order is in process.

All personalized orders must be placed on-line by the customer to ensure
proper spelling. We are not responsible for misspellings; your order is
processed exactly how it is entered. If you fail to enter the engraved
information and/or indicate "No Engraving", we will process your order without
personalization.

If a phone order is accepted, we will immediately send an email with
confirmation of engraving. You must alert us to any discrepancies or if this
email is not received otherwise we are not held responsible for misspellings.
