Placing an Order

Making a purchase is easy!

On-line ordering: Just browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and add then to your shopping bag. After you have finished selecting items, click on "Shopping Bag" in the top right corner of any page to view your bag. Click "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout area where you will be asked for the details required to complete your order.

Phone Order: You may place a phone order with one of our Customer Support Representatives. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. They can be reached at 866.900.9553 or 781.341.9553. Once order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. You must alert us if there is any incorrect information immediately.

An order begins processing within 24 business hours after ordering. Due to the high volume of sales and orders processed daily, we cannot accommodate updates to orders that are in progress.

International Orders (outside the US)

Browse our site and click on any items that you wish to buy and add then to your shopping bag. After you have finished selecting items, click on "Shopping Bag" in the top right corner of any page to view your bag. Once you are viewing your Bag, click "International Checkout" to proceed to our third-party company, iShopUSA. iShopUSA processes all international orders and offers a bilingual customer service team. Please note: $7.95 shipping, promotions and discounts are not valid on international orders. Shipping rate is determined by your shipping to your address. At checkout, you will be notified of shipping charges and any duties/taxes due.
