Returns
We strive to assist you in making your wedding day perfect by providing
quality wedding accessories. In the event that you are dissatisfied with
the product(s) purchased, we will gladly issue a refund for the amount
of the item(s) with the exception of personalized items. Restocking fees may be applied to orders with large
quantities of an item (such as favors). When ordering favors, we recommend purchasing one
initially to ensure you are happy before ordering in bulk to avoid a
restocking fee.

Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery date and be
accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To obtain your RAN and proper return address, please call (866) 900-9553

Refunds are based on the purchase price and shipping fees are
non-refundable. If free shipping was received on your order, your return
may incur a $6.95-$9.95 shipping fee if the total items kept is less than $150. If shipping a return to us, we do recommend insuring the
package. We will not refund items if the package is not received by us
or if the original item or its packaging is damaged. Any item that is
personalized or customized is non-refundable.
