Processing

We know this is a special day and time is of the utmost importance! We work with many customers who order items weeks - even days before the wedding or event. To better serve you, we offer important information on all our items' Shipping tab.

All orders, regardless of shipping method, undergo a processing period. Processing Time with Express Shipments are expedited [typically] within 1-2 business days for non-personalized items; 3-5 days for personalized item.

Most orders arrive within 10 business days, but there are exceptions:

As processing times vary from item to item based on personalization and demand, we have created a "Shipping" tab that includes the processing time for each item sold on our site. Be sure to check the Shipping tab of individual items if you are in a crunch for time. Also be sure to enter your wedding date or need by date at checkout - we pay careful attention to this and will alert a customer if an order needs to be expedited.

Shipping Methods

Once your order has completed processing, it may ship Ground or Express:

Standard (Fedex Ground / USPS)
Your package will be sent via FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) after your order has been processed. Our knowledgeable shipping department will select the method that will get your order to you as quickly as possible. (In some areas USPS delivers quicker than UPS or FedEx!)

FedEx 2nd Day
Your package will be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day or UPS 2nd day after your order has processed.

Free Ground Shipping
Orders over $150 receive free Standard shipping throughout the contiguous United States. (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.)

Shipping Times

The following charts indicate the average time to receive an order.

Standard Shipping within Continental US
Order usually arrives within 5 - 10 business days (for in-stock items):

2nd Day Shipping within Continental US
Order usually arrives within 3 - 5 business days (for in-stock items):

Please note: Personalized items will take longer. Rate does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipping to these destinations will be charged accordingly based on actual shipping charges.

Multiple Packages
Multiple packages may ship in order to successfully complete an order. Occasionally packages may ship directly from the manufacturer via UPS, DHL, or USPS to expedite processing. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm shipping of a package. The email will include the contents and the tracking number of the package. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive them a few days apart.

Signature Service
In some areas, delivery may require a signature or an actual person to receive the package.

Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, a fee may be assessed. A $10 fee to update the address once the order has been processed may be applied to your charge card. Please be sure to enter the full address correctly! Omitting an apartment number, floor number, etc may cause delay in delivering of your package.

Missing/Damaged Items
Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect your package for any discrepancies or damages and notify us within 5 business days.
