Unity candles represent the joining of two people and their future journey together as husband and wife. We offer a variety of unity candles that will look beautiful burning during your wedding ceremony. Many couples will take a moment to relight their unity candle on their anniversary or at the birth of a child. We also offer unity candle holders to hold the candle during the ceremony.
The lighting of the unity candle offers a reflective moment during the wedding ceremony and is often accompanied by music. Many couples will have their mothers light the taper candles first which symbolizes the joining of both families. The couple will then use the taper candles to light their unity candle. If you or your fiancé have children, consider a family unity candle. Each child, along with the bride and groom will use a taper candle to light the unity candle.
