Our chocolate bars are custom made and take up to 2 weeks BEFORE shipping. We recommend ordering your chocolate bars only 2 or 3 months prior to the big event to ensure freshness.
To avoid melting during shipment due to high temperatures, we encourage the purchase of candles prior to June 1.
From June 1 - September 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method to guarantee candles arrive safely. If express shipment is not selected and the item(s) arrives melted, the item will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
