I don't hate this product, I'm just disappointed in the handling. This product was shipped to me in an envelope, God only kFws what it encountered on the way. It was packaged in a thin plastic casing when I opened the envelope, and unfortunately due to the handling, there are tiny scratches all over the front and back of the acrylic square. They're Ft severe, but still I would expect it to be perfect. I'm keeping this because I still like it, but mostly only because I don't have time before my wedding to complain and find a new one. The initial is etched into the back of the product and the acrylic is about 3/4 inch thick.
